PrepLuxe Beauty Return Policy

If you are NOT satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. 

• In order to begin your return please contact PrepLuxe Beauty by Email.
• We only accept returns for items that were damaged during the shipping process we will offer a Full refund. 
• We only give a FULL refund AFTER the item has been returned by mail.
• Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for returns, including those placed within the United States and outside of the United States.
• We only credit back to the original form of payment as available for orders placed online.
